Caroline will soon start biking again, so I put her bike back on track and I did a complete maintenance of her bike that stayed 1+ year sleeping deflated on its shelf. While I was at lubricating chain and parts, I extended the job to our front door and building's main door.
Both stopped creaking which is just great. Since we have a baby we were paying attention to the main door creaking each time someone was coming in or out. It never really awaken Maelys since babies are much better sleepers than stressed-out parents would like to admit, but I feel good about it. I wonder if neighbors that really live by this door (we are located pretty far from it, but still we hear it loud) will notice that something's changed.
Unfortunately lube-job is pretty much the most advanced skill I can brag about when it comes to Bricolage.
