I had forgotten, but we had tried to switch my wife plan to tmobile a while back, their website was buggy, and we bailed out and stayed on her current plan.
Today I wanted to port my number to a tmobile plan. The site worked long enough for my number transfer request to go through (prepaid plan) but at the end of the wizard I couldn't enter my payment information. More precisely, the page was complaining I didn't fill the recurrence for my payment but the form was broken and the calendar was completely missing. Whatever...
But when I try to call them to pay for my first month service, my account is said to be with a "Recollection agency", and If I want to talk to a rep, the call just ends. Nice.
I've spent one hour on this stuff, I'll leave it there since I've lost enough of my precious family time. But it's not really off to a good start. /pissed
So a customer representative informed me that I shouldn't pay now, and wait for my number to port over before doing so. It seems like it worked, but it's so frustrating that I went through this message asking me to enter my payment informations when in fact I should have received a message instructing to wait for the port.
Anyway, signup workflows are the worst
